Sales Agreement:

• Audio Profiles agrees to male whatever modifications that are necessary to the first proof until you are satisfied, even if several proofs are necessary. Audio profiles guarantees that the finished product will match the approved final proof.

 

• Once you have approved the final equipment form, no changes, additions, corrections or subtractions can be made without an additional charge. (Note: Exceptions are made only if you obtain a written change order from one of our representatives prior to your first proof, or if Audio Profiles make a factual error)

• Send any photos that will help us design your system, (The more pictures the better) You may by required to take a photo of any equipment to which you have modified or customized. All pictures will be returned, but we cannot be responsible for damages during shipping.

 

• If your photo is to be incorporated into the system design, remember: the better the picture the better the reproduction. So send us your best.

 

• For reference purposes Audio Profiles requires a current system diagram or a simple but accurate sketch of your system. Please send this with your order.

 

• No order can be processed unless a 50% down payment is received with the order. Full payment is due upon approval of the final system diagram.

 

• Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of your completed system diagram. Faster turnaround is available at a 100% premium.

 

• After the computer generated equipment form is sent back to you and the information on that form is approved the will be no refunds, NO EXCEPTIONS

 

I agree with all the terms on this contract.
